1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, mobile applications, and medical service portals provided by HealthEzy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, doctors, and partners who access or use the platform.

If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the website or using any of our healthcare coordination features.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To schedule doctor consultations, book diagnostic tests, or order prescription drugs, you must register a patient profile on our application. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent if registering on behalf of a minor).
  • Provide completely accurate, current, and true information during the sign-up process.
  • Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account credentials (password and username).
  • Promptly notify our support desk in the event of any unauthorized breach of security on your profile.

3. Telemedicine & Medical Services Disclaimer

HealthEzy acts as a digital health coordinator connecting users to verified, board-certified medical practitioners. Please review the following rules regarding our digital consultations:

A. Emergency Situations

Our telemedicine consulting services are NOT designed or intended to handle medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening crisis, cardiovascular symptoms, or severe physical trauma, please call your local emergency services (e.g., 911 or emergency response) immediately.

B. Clinical Responsibility

All clinical guidance, prescriptions, and diagnosis reports are provided by independent, board-certified medical professionals, not HealthEzy. Each physician is individually responsible for their clinical evaluations and patient interactions.

Critical Medical Warning:

Always verify treatment suggestions and medication dosages with a primary physician. Never ignore formal medical advice from your local hospital due to information read on this digital portal.

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Payments for telemedicine consultations, laboratory panels, or pharmacy orders must be settled at the time of reservation. Our payment terms include:

  • Accepted Methods: Major credit cards, mobile payment interfaces, and secure bank drafts.
  • Cancellations: Telemedicine consult bookings cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot are eligible for full account credits.
  • Refunds: Refund requests for pharmacy cancellations or diagnostic test errors must be filed within 7 business days and are subject to validation checks.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

We work to maintain a respectful and safe clinical ecosystem. When using HealthEzy, you agree not to:

  1. Harass, abuse, or use offensive language toward doctors, nurses, pharmacists, or customer assistance staff.
  2. Falsify documents, submit fake prescriptions, or register multiple accounts to acquire prescription medications.
  3. Use robots, scraping scripts, or automation software to extract data or track hospital bed availability data.
  4. Interfere with our server security, intercept encryption pipelines, or inject malware.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, HealthEzy and its directors, staff, or medical partners will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your access to or inability to use our digital consulting portals.
  • The conduct or medical advice of any independent physician connected through our application.
  • Any technical server downtime, system latency, or transactional errors.
  • The performance, delays, or errors of partner laboratories and pharmacies.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with standard arbitration protocols.
